Marken's Anti Corruption Policy
El grupo Marken ("Marken") se compromete a actuar con honestidad e integridad en todo lo que hacemos, y a cumplir en todo momento con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables, de acuerdo con el Código de Ética de Marken POL-SUS-001.
The Marken Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy (the “ACP”) is intended to ensure that Marken and our Affiliates, as well as our respective officers, directors, employees, Vendors and anyone else who acts on behalf of Marken fulfill this commitment and comply with any and all applicable national and international laws, regulations and treaties, including:
anti-bribery and anti-corruption;
fraud or wilful misconduct;
anti-money laundering; and
anti-competitive (anti-trust).
